Meta's new terms say if its AI makes a mistake, it will be the customer's fault

Using any of Meta's products is your own bad decision, so yeah, your fault.

So if your car brakes fail due to a manufacturing defect, it's your fault? Claiming it's someone else's fault doesn't necessarily make it legally so.
